Return Policy
To ensure the best possible shopping experience for our customers, TPY International Yoga Academy has established a return policy that outlines the terms and conditions for exchanging products. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service.
Please refer to the following details regarding our return policy:
1. Conditions for Product Exchange:
- Product Mismatch: The product received does not match the order in terms of color, model, or size.
- Manufacturer Defects: The product has a manufacturing defect.
- Product Condition: The product must be new, undamaged, and in its original condition. It must not have been washed, used, or altered in any way.
- Packaging: The product must have all original tags, labels, warranty cards, and purchase receipt.
- Return Period: The product must be returned within the specified timeframe.
Note: This policy applies to products purchased online (website, Facebook) and directly at the TPY International Yoga Academy showroom. We do not accept returns for products purchased from other locations. This policy does not apply to products on sale or promotional items. Customers may only return a product if TPY International Yoga Academy does not have an identical replacement available.
2. Return Period:
- Online Purchases: 7 days from the date of receipt.
- In-Store Purchases: 3 days from the date of purchase.
If the return period is exceeded, we will not accept any returns or exchanges.
3. Return Processing Time:
- Online Purchases: Upon receiving the returned product, we will assess the item and notify you of the outcome within 3-5 business days.
- In-Store Purchases: Customers can return the product directly to the store listed on the invoice. Our staff will inspect the product and provide a solution immediately.
4. Return Procedures:
- One-Time Exchange: Each product can only be exchanged once.
- In-Store Returns (Ho Chi Minh City): Please return the product to the TPY International Yoga Academy store listed on your invoice.
- For customers outside of Ho Chi Minh City: Please contact our hotline at 0909 828 656 or email info@tpyacademy.com. Once your return request has been confirmed, please pack the product with all accessories, invoice, warranty card, etc., and send it to: 20 Duong so 5, Phuong Linh Chieu, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
5. Refund Policy:
- Price Difference: If you exchange for a more expensive product, you will need to pay the difference. No refunds will be issued for exchanges to a less expensive product.
- Online Purchases: TPY International Yoga Academy will cover 100% of the shipping cost if the returned product meets all the conditions stated in Section 1. If you have already paid online for the original product, any price difference for the exchanged product must be paid via bank transfer. The new product will be shipped within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
- In-Store Purchases: A 10% restocking fee will be charged for non-defective products. Any price difference for the exchanged product must be paid in cash.
Note: We recommend that customers take photos of the product before returning it. This will serve as proof of purchase in case of any disputes.
