Markus Henning Giess
International yoga teacher Markus completed his first yoga training with Power Yoga founder Bryan Kest before completing his 500-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Trainings with Yin Yoga teachers and mentors Paul & Suzee Grilley, with whom he has also assisted on several of their trainings. He has also completed an intensive Yin/Yang & Meditation Teacher Training with Insight Yoga founder Sarah Powers.
He has over 30 years of teaching experience and more than 10,000 hours of training under his belt, from dance to yoga, massage to meditation, anatomy to energy work.
He has also completed and intensive Yin/Yang & Meditation Teacher Training with Insight Yoga founder Sarah Powers and a Restorative Yoga Teacher Training with Karla Brodie and Neal Ghoshal.
Karin Michelle Sang
Karin’s first introduction to yoga was in 1999 while working as a professional musical performer in Germany. She completed a 350-hour yoga teacher training with Power Yoga founder Bryan Kest, followed by a 500-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Yin Yoga founders Paul & Suzee Grilley, and Insight Yoga founder Sarah Powers. She also completed a Restorative Yoga Teacher Training with Karla Brodie and Neal Ghoshal and is an iRestYoga Nidra Level 1 Teacher.

16:00 - 18:30: You will be welcomed at TPY's peaceful retreat area, enjoy herbal tea, and participate in a gentle Yin Yoga practice. This is a time for the body to become familiar with the space and for the mind to prepare for profound experiences.
18:30 - 19:00: Teabreak
19:30 - 20:30: Room-connecting activities. evening self-pratice
05:30 - 06:00: Morning Self-Pratice (Optional, Suggested activities include Sun Salutation, Sitting in silence, ...)
06:30 - 07:00: Mindful breakfast
08:00 - 08:15: Meditation (15 Minute)
08:15 - 9:45: Dharma Talk (90 minute)
09:45 - 10:30: The Contemplation cycle in relation to stresss & trau ma healing Self-Regulating Exercises and contemplation (45 minute)
11:30 - 12:30: Lunch
14:30 - 15:30: Dharma Discussion & Q&A about Contemplation by Markus
16:00 - 18:00: The afternoon is a time for you to completely unwind, delving deeper into meditation and Yin Yoga. The slow movements combined with breath will guide you into a state of absolute relaxation.

19:30 - 20:30: Yoga Nidra (by TPY's Trainer)
05:30 - 06:00: Morning Self-Pratice (Optional, Suggested activities include Sun Salutation, Sitting in silence, ...)

09:45 - 10:30: The contemplation in relation to Buddhist teaching (3 Marks os existence) Self-regulating exercises and contemplation (45 minute)
11:30 - 12:30: Lunch
14:30 - 15:30: Sitting Meditation (By TPY's Trainer)
16:00 - 18:00: Another peaceful afternoon unfolds with meditation and Yin Yoga, guiding you back to a state of balance and allowing a sense of tranquility to permeate every cell.
18:30 - 19:00: Teabreak
19:30 - 20:30: Chanting & Mantra (by TPY's Trainer)
05:30 - 06:00: Morning Self-Pratice (Optional, Suggested activities include Sun Salutation, Sitting in silence, ...)
06:30 - 06:30: Mindful breakfast
07:00 - 08:00: The new day begins with a mindful walking meditation through the early morning mist-covered trails, listening to the sounds of nature and feeling the flow of life in each step.
08:00 - 10:30: The final practice before concluding the retreat journey. The teachers will guide meditation and Yin Yoga, ending with a sharing circle to express feelings and connect the positive energy among all participants.
11:30 - 12:30: Concluding the journey with a warm breakfast, you will bid farewell to Da Lat, carrying the peace and renewed energy back to your everyday life.
