I. PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
1.1. Purpose:
The 1st National Yoga Club Championship in 2022 aims to practically celebrate the success of the 31st Southeast Asian Games (Seagames 31) held in Vietnam and International Yoga Day on June 21.
Contribute to promoting the movement “All people exercise following the example of Great Uncle Ho”, mobilizing a large number of people to regularly practice and compete in Yoga in particular and sports in general.
Create a useful playground for everyone who loves Yoga to participate, discover and foster Yoga talents.
Encourage clubs to pay attention to all participants in Yoga practice and competition at local facilities, evaluate the organization, training, and education of athletes at Yoga clubs nationwide.
Enhance understanding, exchange, and solidarity among Yoga Athletes, Coaches, and Referees nationwide.
2.1. Request:
Organizations and individuals participating in the tournament strictly comply with the law, tournament charter and regulations of the Organizing Committee.
The organization of the first competition must ensure safety, savings, practicality, and efficiency, avoiding any signs of waste and negativity.
II. TIME AND LOCATION:
- Time: From June 9 to June 12, 2022 (updated according to official dispatch No. 37/TB-LDYVN on April 27, 2022)
- Location: Thanh Hoa
III. SUBJECTS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE TOURNAMENT
3.1. Object:
– Sports clubs with legal status operating Yoga practice activities in the territory of Vietnam;
– Athletes who practice Yoga have the right to register to compete for any club if that club agrees.
3.2. Conditions for participating in the tournament:
– Athlete card: All participating athletes must have an athlete card issued by the Vietnam Yoga Federation, when the individual has completed the card issuance procedures.
Card issuance procedures:
+ Card application signed by the managing unit;
+ Health certificate concluding that you are healthy enough to compete in sports;
+ Notarized copy of ID card;
+ 02 photos 4×6 cm (white background);
* Note: In case an athlete has been issued a card but loses it, he/she will have to pay a fee to reissue a new card of 200,000 VND/1 card.
– Commitment to participate in the tournament of each individual athlete.
IV. COMPETITION CONTENT AND FORMAT:
Competition content:
– Competed for 53 sets of medals.
– Compete according to the content of the prescribed age group, which age group the athlete is in, according to that age group.

Final registration deadline is May 28, 2022.
– The competition registration list must be signed and stamped by the Club Leaders, who are responsible for errors in personnel of their units.
– The competition registration form and competition program will be included with the Charter and updated on the Vietnam Yoga Federation’s website: www.vyf.org.vn
– The first exam registration form must be typed, the organizers do not accept handwriting.
– If any unit submits an incomplete or late registration (based on postmark) compared to the deadline above, it will not be accepted.
